There's a zombie walk they do in the city I live in. I went to it last year and it was fun, so I can't wait to see it again.

My grand children are due today. I'd love to talk them into staying for Halloween. The minimum? I'm going to have so much fun decorating the porch and house with them for Halloween. I already bought 2 big bags of candy. My witches hat is all dusted off and feathers preened. I'm going through cook books looking for fun recipes. I'll have to find my spooky music. Bwaaa haa haaa

October is my favorite time of year...new scary movies, tv shows, and of course, Halloween!

Hands down, our local Boo! At The Zoo event. Each habitat has a treat station where zoo volunteers hand out candy to the kids as you walk the zoo trail. The finale is at the Bat Station, with echo location games for the kids--and free Krispy Kreme doughnuts for the parents. Anyone from the South will understand the Krispy Kreme allure :)
